Morning workouts started this week. Please plan on joining Coach Giarmo and Redmond for summer conditioning on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9:00 am. Workouts run 90 minutes and will get you get in shape for your fall sport season. They had 30 student athletes work out on Monday representing Football, Lacrosse, Baseball and Basketball. Everyone is welcome.
A couple of reminders:
- Take your temperature before you leave home.
- Bring your own water bottle. No sharing this season!!!
- Dress for the weather. Bring good running shoes and cleats if you have them.
